Jewish Education Program | Facing History & Ourselves
A group of students working together.

Jewish Education Program

We work with teachers in Jewish educational settings to help students deepen their exploration of Jewish identity and strengthen their civic voice.

Our Approach

With the guidance of our Program Associates on the Jewish education team, you can access a full range of Facing History materials including:

  • Classroom readings and videos
  • Teaching strategies and free printable handouts
  • Live and on-demand professional development

Our resources are created specifically with the Jewish educational setting in mind. Students explore topics such as Jewish Identity, the makings of strong Jewish communities, and Jewish history using lessons and units that integrate easily into existing curriculum.

We are proud to work with Jewish schools across all denominations, tailoring materials to meet the individual needs of each school community. Through individualized follow-up, project grants and collaborative partnerships, we work with each school to accomplish their specific goals.
