Our single professional learning sessions are designed to easily fit into your day. Typically one hour or less, these sessions explore timely and relevant topics including teaching strategies, current events, and more.

Watch this one hour webinar which provided practical activities and teaching strategies to create a supportive, reflective and safe classroom environment in which students can engage intellectually and emotionally with Holocaust testimony. In this webinar, we were also joined by Lesley Urbach from Generation 2 Generation.

Lesley Urbach

Co-chair of the planning committee and a trustee for Generation 2 Generation

Since retiring from her work as a careers adviser, Lesley Urbach has graduated with an MRes degree in Jewish History and Culture from Southampton University, and co-founded the Remembering Eleanor Rathbone Group. She has been involved with Generation 2 Generation from its inception and is a co-chair of the planning committee and a trustee. Since 2014 Lesley has been befriending a young woman who came to Britain as a domestic slave, and between 2015-2020 helped support Syrian refugees in Barnet.
