Our single professional learning sessions are designed to easily fit into your day. Typically one hour or less, these sessions explore timely and relevant topics including teaching strategies, current events, and more.

Instructor-Led

This professional learning event will be led by Facing History staff. When you register, you will receive instructions for how to attend the event.

Learning for School Leaders

This is the first of our three planned sessions for trainee teachers and ECTs to support you in establishing a safe and stimulating teaching environment rooted in mutual respect. 

We will explore activities from our Building A Classroom Community resource and suggest teaching strategies to use in the classroom that will both help you develop as reflective education practitioners and enable your students to process and reflect on their feelings and experiences safely.
