Join us for the second workshop in an exciting new series designed to provide renewal and restoration for teachers. In light of the many recent challenges facing educators – and understanding that teachers need space to breathe and take care of themselves – these workshops aim to leave participants feeling refreshed and refueled, and to provide them with tools for grounding and inspiration to carry with them into their daily lives.
This workshop will be led by Neena Barreto, a mindfulness educator with over 20 years experience as a classroom teacher. Neena is a certified instructor with Mindful Schools and the founder of Inner Flourishing, which provides mindfulness consulting, programs, and retreats for teachers. In this workshop, Neena will guide participants in mindfulness exercises and provide insight about how to bring mindfulness into their personal and professional lives.
All participants who register and attend will also receive a free guided meditation recording from Neena.
