See DetailsIt is essential that antisemitism is not students’ only point of reference and exposure to Jewish identity and culture. This webinar will elevate authentic stories of joy, diversity and cultural texture from within the Jewish community. It is important that we learn about the multiplicity of Jewish identity and the vibrancy of contemporary Jewish life. This learning becomes another way to combat antisemitism, as it counters the tendency to flatten Jewish identity to harmful stereotypes.
During this webinar, we will:
- Explore the diversity of Jewish identity
- Examine how an understanding of the joy and beauty of Jewish identity can help counter stereotypes and anti-Jewish hate
