Guide to Continuing Education Credit for Professional Learning

Learn about the state-approved continuing education credit available in select states for many of Facing History’s professional learning offerings.

Eligibility for continuing education credit varies by event. Be sure to check an event’s listing (look for the certificate icon, above) to determine whether state credit is offered.

Facing History offers a range of professional learning experiences that qualify for continuing education credit, supporting your path to meeting certification and licensure renewal requirements.

A Note About Eligibility

Please note that not all professional learning offerings are eligible for state-approved continuing education credit. Be sure to verify an individual workshop’s or course’s eligibility before enrolling, and follow the attendance-taking instructions from Facing History facilitators if applicable. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that they are meeting the requirements of their school, organization, and/or state. Contact support [at] facinghistory.org (support[at]facinghistory[dot]org) for additional assistance.
