Join us as we welcome new Partner Schools into Facing History and Ourselves’ Jewish Education Partner School Network. What does it mean to be a Facing History Jewish Education Partner School? What are best practices for implementing a Facing History and Ourselves program in your school community? These are some of the questions that we will answer at this onboarding workshop. Facing History Jewish Education staff will introduce incoming school teams to Facing History’s approach and opportunities that come with participation in this network.
In this session, you will:
- Meet Facing History’s Jewish Education staff and educator teams from other incoming partner schools
- Understand the benefits of the Facing History Partner School Network and familiarize your team with relevant resources
- Learn unique ways Facing History can align with existing school curriculum and foster interdisciplinary collaboration
- Explore this year’s Back to School Toolkit and ways to bring Facing History to your classroom and school community
This event is geared toward educators in Jewish settings interested in or launching their participation in the Facing History Jewish Partner Schools Network.
