Georgie is responsible for the successful administrative management of our operations and development activities. Georgie graduated with a BA in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, and an MA in United States Studies: History and Politics from University College London. Her MA dissertation explored the role of children’s plantation literature in the construction and cross-generational transmission of social memory in the twentieth century American South. Since graduation, Georgie has worked as a teaching assistant for students with special educational needs. Georgie is driven by a belief that engagement with the challenging parts of history is vital to foster a more inclusive, equitable and empathetic society.
