(Washington Post, November 20, 2007) The article, "Hate Crimes Rose 8 Percent in 2006," presents FBI evidence documenting that the number of hate crimes have increased over the past year. Thousands of protesters marched around the Justice Department to protest what they call official indifference to intimidation and attacks against blacks and other minorities.
