Staples Donates $10,000 to Memphis Office
Staples, Inc. made a $10,000 grant donation to the Facing History and Ourselves office in Memphis, Tennessee, this week at an opening ceremony for the company’s first store in the city. Mayor AC Wharton, Jr. attended the ceremony and gave heartfelt words about Staples’ decision to support Facing History. The donation will support local teachers with classroom strategies, resources, and lessons that inspire young people to take responsibility for their world.
