Facing History Makes the Grade: Featured as City Year Top 5

The City Year Boston blog has featured Facing History and Ourselves as one of the Top Five Education Organizations in the city. “In Boston, there are hundreds of organizations working to ensure that students of all ages have the resources they need to thrive academically. Below are just a handful of organizations that work hard to improve the lives of students in our city,” the post’s author, teacher and City Year corps member Charlotte Wright, wrote on the blog. “Facing History and Ourselves has worked for more than 30 years to fight injustice and promote democracy through education...Through this intense study, students become more empathetic and informed citizens.”
