Facing History’s Director of International Programs Writes for The International Center for Transitional Justice
Facing History and Ourselves' Director of International Programs Karen Murphy, co-authored an article, "History Education Reform, Transitional Justice and the Transformation of Ideas." The article is part of a study titled, “Identities in Transition: Challenges for Transitional Justice in Divided Societies” being conducted by the International Center for Transitional Justice, an NGO engaged in research on as well as the application of transitional policies and practices for countries emerging from mass violence or in the process of political transformation. Murphy participated in the project with a global group of researchers from South Africa, Peru, Spain, India, Cameroon, Guatemala, Canada, the United States, and Argentina.
